🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship live ornamental fish worldwide via licensed transshippers.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and packaging.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

🛡️ 4. Mortality Warranty

• We offer a mortality warranty on all live fish shipments.
• If any fish dies during transit, we will replace it or provide a refund.
• Claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
• Warranty does not cover death due to improper acclimatization or neglect.

↩️ 5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are not accepted for live fish except in cases of DOA (see Mortality Warranty).
• Refunds for cancellations before shipment may incur a handling fee.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

All content on this website (text, images, logos, graphics) is the property of Aquameffa and protected by copyright laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

⚖️ 7. Limitation of Liability

• Aquameffa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the fish.
• We are not responsible for events beyond our control (force majeure).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in Indonesian courts.
