It all began in 2021, when our founder discovered a deep passion for Betta fish. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a house full of carefully bred Siamese fighting fish. With limited space and a growing collection, the only logical step was to share these magnificent fish with fellow enthusiasts.

The turning point came on November 7, 2023, when a video of a stunning Giant Leopard Betta reached an international audience. The first international sale was made to Mr. Dave in Singapore, supported by Kenny Seaw. Shortly after, a beautiful Halfmoon Dumbo Ear Rosetail Butterfly Betta found its new home with Laurie Stanfield in the United States. These two buyers trusted our quality, and that trust became the foundation of everything we do.

Originally operating under the name Bettafishmeffa Store, the demand soon expanded beyond Bettas. Enthusiasts began requesting Guppies, Mollies, and even Channa. Recognizing the opportunity, the brand evolved into Aquameffa — a name that represents our commitment to providing the finest ornamental fish from Indonesia to the world.

Today, Aquameffa is more than a business. It's a promise to deliver healthy, vibrant fish with complete documentation and a mortality warranty. We take pride in every shipment, ensuring that each fish arrives safely so that hobbyists around the globe can experience the beauty of Indonesian aquatic life.
